Superare Prints is a family-owned 3D printing operation based in Palm Beach County, Florida, and we’re on a mission to bring manufacturing back to America, one part at a time.
For too long, American businesses have been forced to go overseas for basic parts. The math sounds good until you see the reality: 50,000-piece minimums for a $0.05 part. 8-12 week lead times. Materials We Print With
Standard
Our most versatile material PLA (Polylactic Acid). Great for prototypes, visual models, signage, and decorative items. Easy to print with excellent detail. Not recommended for high-heat or outdoor use.
Ideal for: Prototypes, visual models, concept testing, signage, nameplates, display pieces, decorative items, low-stress functional parts
Industrial
Stronger and more flexible than PLA. PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified) is UV resistant, water resistant, impact resistant. Ideal for functional parts, marine applications, and anything that needs to last.
Ideal for: Marine parts, boat brackets, outdoor signage, functional prototypes, mechanical parts, replacement parts, UV-exposed applications, water-resistant components
Engineering Materials
High-performance materials for demanding applications. ASA for permanent outdoor use, Carbon Fiber Nylon for maximum strength and stiffness, Polycarbonate for impact resistance. Heated chamber printing ensures proper layer adhesion.
