Bring Us the Part

The original, even if it’s cracked, chipped, or broken into pieces. We need enough geometry to reconstruct the shape. Local drop-off in Palm Beach County or ship it to us.

We Scan and Model It

Using a precision 3D scanner, we capture the exact geometry. If pieces are broken or worn, we digitally repair them in CAD software.

We Print and Deliver

Printed in-house in the material that fits your application. Most parts are printed and ready to ship in 3-7 days. You get a replacement that fits like the original.

When Scanning Works vs. When CAD Is Needed

3D scanning works when:

You have the original part (even broken, if all pieces are present)

You need an exact replica

Tolerances are ±0.5mm or looser

No internal features the scanner can’t see

Custom CAD is needed when:

The original is completely destroyed or missing

You need to redesign or strengthen the part

Internal threads, channels, or hidden geometry exist

Tight tolerances are required for mating surfaces

What file types do you accept?

Anything visual works – JPG, PNG, PDF, or even photos of hand sketches. AI-generated images from ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, and similar tools are perfect. If you have 3D files (STL, OBJ, STEP), even better.

How long does it take?

Most concept-to-product projects complete in 3-7 days. Simple designs can ship in 48 hours. Complex projects or custom colors may take longer.

Do I need CAD or 3D modeling skills?

No. We handle all the technical 3D modeling. You just need an image or description of what you want.

Can you match a specific color?

We stock common colors in most materials. For exact color matches, we can source specific filaments or recommend the closest available option.

What's the maximum size you can print?

Our current build volume handles parts up to 10″ x 10″ x 10″ (256mm x 256mm x 256mm). Larger items can be printed in sections and assembled.

Do I own the design?

Yes. You retain full ownership of your concept and the 3D files we create. We can provide the source files upon request.

    Can you do production runs?

    Yes. 3D printing is cost-effective up to several hundred units. For larger volumes, we can help you transition to injection molding with your proven design.
